Gwen has more than 35 years hands-on experience in health care, with more than 17 of those years spent in leadership positions, project management, group facilitation and formal and informal class instruction in health care settings. Her background includes developing process strategies and implementing quality initiatives and evidence-based practice guidelines for health care providers.
With a focus on multidisciplinary providers, Gwen has acted as consultant and project manager for small and mid-sized independent clinics and providers. She has assisted clinics in implementing health care homes, clinical outcomes data reporting, process improvement, and care coordination. Because Gwen has in-depth knowledge of health care from a caregiver and project management perspective, REACH clients will benefit from her expertise in guiding providers through the process of developing, purchasing, and implementing effective EHR systems that meet their unique needs and company culture.
