Joe has coordinated and managed IT functions and EHR implementation for clinics, hospitals, long-term care centers, and health care organizations of all sizes. He is well-versed in leading teams through selection of EHR, vendor negotiation, strategic planning for workflow, and implementation. His diverse background allows Joe to collaborate with all departments to plan and manage workflow for efficient operation.

As a health care IT consultant, he has led EHR software configuration and implementation in rural hospitals and clinics. As a result, Joe understands the needs of medical personnel and is able to assist organizations to develop strategies to implement software and redesign workflow to enable staff to efficiently and effectively use EHR technology. He is able to guide medical clients through the rigors of selecting technology, negotiating with vendors, and implementing effective EHR systems that meet their requirements and company culture.
