Patti Kritzberger
Patti Kritzberger, REACH registered health information technician, provides support to ensure electronic health records (EHR) technology is implemented effectively for REACH clients.

- Act as key contact for providers throughout adoption and implementation of EHR
- Assist with project management, change management, project governance, and decision support
- Develop templates and workflow strategies
- Provide training for EHR use and end-user support

The experience you need
As a registered health information technician, Patti has 18 years of experience in the health information field. From managing day-to-day operations of a health information department to supervising employees, to creating and updating policies and procedures surrounding health record both paper and electronic, Patti brings a wealth of HIT knowledge to the REACH team.
REACH clients benefit from her privacy and security expertise. Prior to joining REACH, Patti was a privacy and security officer for a critical access hospital in North Dakota where she learned the importance of health care facilities having good privacy and security policies and procedures in place.
Patti also is involved in the North Dakota State HIE project. She currently participates in the Legal & Policy Domain and the Communication & Education Workgroups and was a participant in the Vendor Selection Committee.
