He provides Minneapolis school-based clinics with ongoing support to implement EHR. The project includes mapping processes and clinic infrastructure, selecting a vendor, developing a hardware strategy to support the software, managing a fit/gap analysis, and developing an implementation plan, training strategy, budget, and timeline
