As a registered nurse, Sarah understands the mechanics behind the transition from paper records to electronic records. Her background in software implementation and product configuration, offers clients support for electronic health record strategies and implementation. She has coached clinical experts in initiation, implementation, and sustainability of EHR practices during start-up through to activation.
Sarah’s background in project management will assist clients throughout EHR implementation. Because of her practical nursing experience, she is an apt translator between clinical and technical personnel. This practical nursing and coaching experience has also allowed her to gain trust and buy-in among clinical staff during strategic planning for systemwide EHR planning.
